Given that I’ve had ten entirely tornado free years of the 21 since I’ve begun observing storms, this was not bad after all for me. In fact, we ended up having a great time with photography on a few chases. Elke and I also had some wonderful non-weather photographic experiences in places such as Devils Tower National Monument and Fort Niobrara National Wildlife Refuge.
