Only in Oklahoma

Here’s an entry from the 2004 Oklahoma state income tax form, as represented by TurboTax. Though it’s not necessary for this state to even have a personal income tax (re: states like AK, FL, NH, NV, TN, TX and WA that don’t and have prospered far better the past several decades!), it’s laudable that they give some measure of relief to those who were affected by the most noteworthy tornado events of the past six years.

I’ll save my anti-taxation rants for some other occasion. More important matters draw my attention, namely the lightning and thunder outside from some elevated convection. Time to unplug the PC.
