    If Emmitt was the “complete package,” as you say, does that mean that he and Rich Naden are one?

    I justs found your site and have enjoyed it so far and was reading the article on meterologist certification. So does this mean that person who went though a program like Rapid weather’s courses could be called a meterologists or MSU’s bmp program and does not need a meterology degree?
